About the Role:
The Field Marketing Team Lead plays a pivotal role in promoting the Bath Experts brand and enhancing customer experience with the objective of driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be personable, thrive in social interactions, possess strong conversational skills, communicate effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position that requires availability during evenings and weekends.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand visibility and sales through event marketing, product demonstrations, and the promotion of the Bath Experts brand.
  • Represent Bath Experts at marketing events by planning and coordinating activities, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
  • Engage with both prospective and existing customers in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by addressing customer inquiries regarding our products and services, demonstrating the value and expertise of Bath Experts.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to inform customers about the full range of Bath Experts’ services and products.
  • Collect comprehensive information from clients to facilitate appointment scheduling.
  • Provide additional marketing support through inbound and outbound lead calls and various marketing-related tasks.
  • Additional responsibilities may include supporting other markets, assisting in training new team members, and tracking and reporting on event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and the capability to transport large branded items.
  • Outgoing and friendly disposition with the ability to engage others in conversation.
  • Proficient in following established processes to generate sales appointments.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Availability during evenings and weekends.
