About the Role:

The Field Marketing Team Lead plays a pivotal role in promoting the Bath Experts brand and fostering positive customer experiences with the objective of driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess an outgoing demeanor, relish the opportunity to engage with diverse individuals, and demonstrate excellent communication skills while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position that requires availability during evenings and weekends.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

– Enhance brand visibility and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promotion of the Bath Experts brand.
– Represent Bath Experts at marketing events, including event planning, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
– Engage with prospective and existing customers in a courteous and professional manner.
– Serve as a subject matter expert for customers by addressing inquiries about our products and services while showcasing the value and expertise of Bath Experts.
– Employ a consultative sales approach to educate customers on Bath Experts’ full range of services and product offerings.
– Gather comprehensive information from clients for the scheduling of appointments.
– Provide additional marketing support by managing inbound and outbound leads along with various marketing-related tasks.
– Other responsibilities may include assisting additional markets, training new team members, and tracking and reporting on event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

– Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required; retail sales experience preferred.
– Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Must have reliable transportation and the capability to transport large branded items.
– Possess an outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to initiate and sustain conversations.
– Capacity to adhere to a proven process for generating sales appointments.
– Ability to remain standing for extended durations.
– Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
