Job Title: Field Service Technician – US TRAVEL

Company: A-Line Staffing Solutions

Location: Michigan

Pay: $23.61 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $23.61 for a Field Service Technician role in Michigan appears to be competitive but may vary based on factors such as experience, certification, and the specific industry. According to industry standards, salaries for Field Service Technicians generally range from approximately $20 to $30 per hour, depending on the complexity of the work and the demand for skilled technicians in the region. In Michigan, where the cost of living is moderate compared to other states, this rate may be attractive, particularly for entry-level positions. However, more experienced technicians or those working in high-demand sectors might expect higher compensation, making it essential for the employer to consider these factors to ensure the offer attracts qualified candidates.
