Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • A guaranteed promotion after 6 months, accompanied by a $1.00 per hour pay increase.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Field Technician, you will represent DISH in clients’ homes on a daily basis. Our mission is to simplify lives and offer consultations to homeowners about their myriad smart home possibilities through our installation services.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements
All technicians are expected to possess:

  • The ability to quickly establish rapport with clients to provide exceptional service.
  • The physical ability to stand on a ladder up to 40 feet for extended periods, lift over 70 lbs, and meet the individual weight limit requirement of 335 lbs.
  • Comfort in navigating small spaces and working in varying weather conditions.
  • A valid driver’s license in the state of employment, with a driving record that adheres to DISH’s safety standards.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $18.75/hour
