A well-established and rapidly growing wealth management firm is actively seeking experienced Financial Advisors to join our expanding team in Grand Rapids, MI. Responsibilities
- Conduct educational seminars and workshops to engage potential clients.
- Guide clients through a comprehensive fact-finding and needs analysis process.
- Develop and present tailored wealth management strategies and retirement income plans.
- Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Collaborate with associate advisors and client service teams to enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and firm policies.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience as a Financial Advisor (no existing book of business required).
- NASAA Series 65 (or equivalent) and Michigan Life License required.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in both large and small group settings.
- Clean background check and compliance record.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and dedicated to delivering outstanding client service.
