Salary Range: $45,840 – $50,000

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering an industry-leading claims experience for all participants
- Making prompt and courteous contact with claim participants consistently
- Managing a high volume of tasks to assist our Claims Adjusters, including: sending letters, contacting claim participants, managing vendor queues, routing unmatched medical bills, and obtaining W-9s and bills
- Communicating with adjusters for updates on task requests to facilitate claims resolution
- Maintaining and updating a diary/schedule for each claim as needed
- Responding to claim correspondence promptly and with high quality
- Contributing to the ongoing development of claims guidelines and best practices
- Recommending potential product enhancements and process improvements
- Engaging effectively with customers, peers, vendors, and management
