The successful Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving new membership sales by scheduling initial visits and supporting both membership and retail sales efforts, as well as helping to retain current members. While a background in fitness is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
- Increase StretchLab membership, retain existing clientele, and effectively upsell retail and recovery products.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting and checking in clients and prospects upon their arrival.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Assist Studio Leadership with various operational tasks, including studio cleanliness, inventory management, and social media engagement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in memberships for one-on-one assisted stretch services and retail products.
- Proficient in Club Ready software, facilitating the troubleshooting of client accounts, addressing inquiries, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Solid background in membership and retail sales.
- Excellent communication skills, showcasing empathy and kindness.
- Must demonstrate a professional work ethic, reliability, and compliance with attendance policies.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
- Availability to work 10-15 hours per week, primarily during Monday and Tuesday evenings (approximately 4-8 PM) and some Saturday mornings.
