Job Description
Job Title: Fitness Trainer
Company: Planet Fitness
Location: Solon, OH
Pay: $12 – 14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $14 for a Fitness Trainer in Solon, OH appears to be below the industry standard for this role, which typically ranges from $15 to $30 per hour depending on factors like experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the position. While entry-level trainers may earn closer to the lower end of this scale, more experienced trainers—especially those with specialized certifications—often command higher pay. Given the cost of living in Ohio and expectations in the fitness industry, this compensation may not be competitive and could hinder attracting qualified candidates.
