Job Title: Fitness Trainer
Company: Planet Fitness
Location: Delaware, OH
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a Fitness Trainer in Delaware, OH, falls below the national average for this position, which typically ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. In Ohio, the average hourly wage for fitness trainers is around $18 to $25, suggesting that $14 is not competitive. Factors like the cost of living in the area and the trainer’s qualifications may influence pay; however, this rate may struggle to attract qualified candidates in a competitive market. Overall, the pay does not align well with industry standards, potentially indicating a need for adjustment to attract and retain skilled trainers.
