Role Summary
The Fitness Trainer will oversee the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This role involves supporting new members in reaching their fitness goals by developing straightforward workout plans and teaching them the correct use of fitness equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including adhering to the established schedule.
- Consult with members about their fitness objectives, providing guidance on the safe and effective use of equipment.
- Develop bi-weekly updates featuring various exercise routines.
- Ensure class requirements are met based on club size and member engagement.
- Assist with front desk operations, which includes:
- Answering phones with professionalism, checking in members, signing up new members, and giving tours to prospective members.
- Responding promptly and professionally to member inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
