Responsibilities:

• Execute floor care tasks, including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of floor care activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing exemplary customer service.
• Complete other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous floor care experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Capable of lifting/carrying a maximum of 50 pounds and pushing/pulling a maximum of 50 pounds; must also be able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Able to perform routine and repetitive tasks continuously.
• Comfortable working around food and cleaning products.
• Proficient in following oral and written instructions to execute daily tasks accurately.
• Residency within the service area is required.
