Job Description
Job Title: Floor Tech
Company: ABM
Location: Rochester, MI
Pay: $18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18 for a “Floor Tech” position in Rochester, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive, though it may vary based on factors such as experience, specific job duties, and the employing organization. As of 2023, the average pay for a floor technician in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with higher rates potentially available in more specialized or demanding settings. Therefore, $18 is within the standard range, suggesting that this rate is reasonable for entry-level to mid-level positions, while still being attractive to potential candidates in a job market that often sees varying wage standards. However, regional cost of living and benefits offered by employers can further influence competitiveness, so it would be advisable for candidates to consider the full employment package.
