AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a Floor Technician in Howell, MI, it is essential to compare it against local and national industry standards. As of my last update, the typical hourly wage for a Floor Technician ranges from $12 to $20, depending on experience, specific job responsibilities, and the employing organization. In Howell, which is part of a broader region with varying economic factors, a competitive hourly rate would likely be in the mid to upper range of this scale. If the offered rate falls within or exceeds this range, it can be considered competitive; however, if it is significantly lower, it may not attract qualified candidates.
