Job Description
Job Title: FOH Supervisor – Big E’s East Beltline
Company: Suburban Inns
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $19 for the position of “FOH Supervisor” at Big E’s East Beltline in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be competitive but somewhat on the lower end, considering the industry’s general standards for supervisory roles in the food and beverage sector. As of 2023, Front of House Supervisors in similar establishments typically earn between $20 to $25 per hour, depending on their experience, the size of the establishment, and regional variations in cost of living. Given that Grand Rapids has a relatively moderate cost of living, a $19 hourly wage may attract candidates but could lead to challenges in retaining skilled supervisors who might seek higher compensation elsewhere. Overall, enhancing the compensation could help in attracting and retaining talent in this role.
