Job Title: FOH Supervisor – Big E’s East Beltline

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $19 for a “FOH Supervisor” position in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be competitive but somewhat on the lower end when compared to industry standards, which typically range from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience and specific responsibilities. In the Grand Rapids area, the cost of living and wage benchmarks for similar supervisory roles in the hospitality industry suggest that while this rate may attract candidates, it may not fully align with the expectations of experienced professionals. Therefore, the employer may need to consider additional benefits or growth opportunities to enhance the overall appeal of the position.
