Job Description
Job Title: Food And Beverage Associate
Company: Upshift
Location: Warren, MI
Pay: $15 – 20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $20 for a Food and Beverage Associate in Warren, MI, generally aligns with industry standards, although it may vary based on experience, specific job responsibilities, and the type of establishment (e.g., casual dining vs. fine dining). In Michigan, the average pay for such roles typically falls within this range, making it competitive, especially considering the state’s minimum wage and the cost of living. However, applicants with more experience or those working in higher-end or more demanding environments might expect wages toward the higher end of this scale or slightly above, especially in the context of rising costs across various sectors. Overall, this pay rate seems reasonable for entry-level to mid-range positions in the local food and beverage industry.
