Pay: $17.77 – 18.52 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.77 to $18.52 for a “Food and Beverage Attendant” in Warren, MI falls within a competitive range, although it may vary based on factors such as experience, establishment type, and specific job responsibilities. According to industry benchmarks, food and beverage attendants in similar roles typically earn between $14 to $20 per hour in Michigan, making this rate fairly aligned with local and national standards. Additionally, considering living costs in Warren, this compensation is reasonable but may not fully reflect the demands of the position or rise in living expenses, suggesting that while it is competitive, there may still be room for improvement to attract and retain talent in the hospitality sector.
