Job description:
Supervises the daily operations of the Food and Beverage (F&B) department, ensuring compliance with all relevant F&B policies, standards, and procedures. Manages daily activities to guarantee that quality expectations are met, maintaining both the operating budget and adherence to legal obligations. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize and organize work effectively.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area; OR
- A two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Managing Day-to-Day Operations
- Assists in the procurement of F&B supplies, cleaning materials, and uniforms.
- Supervises daily F&B operations and ensures compliance with all applicable policies, standards, and procedures.
- Supports an effective monthly self-inspection program to promote accountability.
- Operates departmental equipment as necessary and reports any malfunctions.
- Monitors staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives.
- Fosters an environment of mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of employee positions to effectively perform duties in their absence.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $76,000 annually.
