Job Description
Job Title: Food Court Cook
Company: JACK Entertainment
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, the hourly rate of $15.50 for a “Food Court Cook” in Cleveland, OH, is generally considered below the competitive wage for similar positions in the area and the broader industry. According to various salary data sources, the average hourly wage for cooks in the Cleveland metropolitan area typically ranges between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, establishment type, and specific duties. Additionally, factors such as the cost of living in Cleveland, which has seen some increases, suggest that this rate may not be sufficient to attract and retain skilled workers in the food service sector. Therefore, while $15.50 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not align with industry standards for more experienced cooks or those working in more specialized environments.
