Role Overview:
As a Prep Cook or Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the operational success of the kitchen. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in stocking and setting up kitchen stations.

Line Cooks and Prep Cooks are expected to be on their feet for the entire shift, with the ability to frequently lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Candidates must be able to reach in various directions, kneel, and stoop repeatedly. Good vision and hearing are essential due to the dynamic nature of the culinary environment.
