- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, noting any special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Menu Knowledge: Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials while addressing any questions guests may have regarding food or beverages.
- Food & Drink Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards.
