Job description:

Perform food service duties encompassing food preparation, production, and customer service, while also operating equipment and fulfilling cashier responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the activities of student food service workers within the designated area.
  2. Assist in training and instructing regular student employees; maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports.
  3. Manage food orders, student scheduling, inventory maintenance, and operate electronic cash registers and card readers. Ensure proper handling of funds for accounting purposes.
  4. Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the assigned area.
  5. Operate all culinary equipment employed in the preparation and production of menu items, adhering to safety protocols; accurately interpret recipes.
  6. Execute catering tasks including set-up, serving, delivery, cleaning, and table service while ensuring customer interactions are friendly and courteous.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of portion sizes, food items, and ingredients being served, and adhere to the established uniform policy.

Required Education, Certifications, and Licensures:

Required Experience:
