Job Description
Job Title: Food Service Helper – PTNB
Company: Michigan Technological University
Location: Houghton, MI
Pay: $15.91 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.91 for a “Food Service Helper – PTNB” position in Houghton, MI, is slightly below the average pay for similar roles in the region and industry. Typically, food service helpers earn between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions, it might not fully align with the expectations for workers in this field, especially considering the rising cost of living and demand for service workers in many areas. Therefore, while the offer is reasonable, it could be seen as less attractive compared to higher-paying opportunities available in the food service sector.
