Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Westland, MI

Pay: $14 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $15 for a Food Service Worker in Westland, MI, is somewhat competitive but generally aligns with industry standards in the area, particularly for entry-level positions. According to recent data, the average pay for food service workers in Michigan typically ranges from $13 to $16 per hour, depending on experience, specific job duties, and the employer’s size. While this pay range may be on the lower end in some cases, it is fairly typical for roles in fast food or casual dining settings within suburban regions like Westland. Additionally, considering Michigan’s minimum wage laws and local cost of living factors, this compensation may be considered reasonable, but it might not attract candidates looking for higher-paying opportunities within the food service industry.
