Job Summary:
This position involves preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Accurately weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Safely transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators, adhering to safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas, following proper wrapping, dating, and food safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness across work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and appropriate portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to established service protocols.
• Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to a supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory management, and cash control procedures.
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
