Job description:

We are currently seeking to fill a full-time Food Service Worker position immediately.

The position is based at Molson Coors, located at 2525 Wayne Madison Road, Trenton, OH 45067. Please note that all applications must be submitted online.

The work schedule is full time, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additional details regarding the schedule will be provided during the interview process. While previous experience as a line cook is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Job Summary: This role involves the preparation, presentation, and serving of food as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Accurately weigh and measure ingredients as designated.
  • Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food between workstations, the stove, and the refrigerator, adhering to safety standards.
  • Store food in designated areas, ensuring compliance with wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as necessary.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure food quality, proper serving temperatures, and adherence to portion control guidelines.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, following outlined service procedures.
  • Address customer concerns and relay pertinent information to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for service and inventory management, as well as cash control procedures.
  • Comply with all sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
