Job description:

We are currently seeking to fill a full-time Food Service Worker position without delay. This role is located at Molson Coors, situated at 2525 Wayne Madison Road, Trenton, OH 45067. Please note that applications will only be accepted online.

The work schedule entails full-time hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Further details regarding the schedule will be provided during the interview process.

While previous experience as a line cook is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Job Summary: The Food Service Worker is responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preparatory work, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Accurately weigh and measure designated ingredients.
  • Safely transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
  • Store food in designated areas, adhering to wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Follow approved food recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and proper portion control.
  • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to the outlined steps of service.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns while communicating pertinent information to the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards as well as inventory and cash control procedures.
  • Abide by all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
