AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Food Service Worker/Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide” position in Wyoming, MI, is generally competitive, albeit on the lower end of the spectrum. As of my last update, the typical pay for similar roles in Michigan generally ranges from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific job duties, and employer. Factors such as local demand for food service workers, the cost of living in Wyoming, and any additional benefits offered by the employer could also influence the competitiveness of this wage.
