Job Title: Food Service Worker/Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide

Company: Healthcare Services Group

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Food Service Worker/Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide in Wyoming, MI, is generally considered competitive, though it may be on the lower end of the spectrum depending on the specific responsibilities and the institution. As of 2023, the average pay for similar roles in Michigan ranges from approximately $13 to $20 per hour, with variations based on factors such as experience, location, and the type of establishment (hospital, school, restaurant, etc.). Given that the state and national trends indicate a rising demand for food service workers, particularly post-pandemic, a rate of $15 may attract candidates, but could benefit from adjustment to align more closely with the increasing cost of living and competition in the job market.

Job description:

Compensation Range: $15 per hour.
