Job Title: Food Service Worker/Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide

Company: Healthcare Services Group

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a “Food Service Worker/Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide” position in Cleveland, OH, is on the lower end of the spectrum. While entry-level roles in food service typically range from approximately $12 to $17 per hour depending on experience and specific responsibilities, this rate may not fully align with the rising cost of living and inflation rates in the area. Although it may attract some candidates, especially those seeking part-time or flexible work, positions offering competitive wages generally start around $15 per hour or higher, particularly in urban areas where demand for these roles remains strong. Therefore, while $14 per hour is acceptable, it may not be sufficient to attract and retain skilled workers in the current labor market.

Job description:

Compensation Range: $14.00 per hour.
