Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and assist in the preparation of daily food items, ensuring products are correctly dated.
– Coordinate the setup and breakdown of workstations as designated by management.
– Cook and prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
– Ensure accurate portioning of meals during preparation and service.
– Maintain daily temperature logs as required.
– Take samples of all food items prior to serving to ensure quality standards are met.
– Notify management and remove any food items that do not comply with quality expectations.
– Complete opening and closing checklists for your workstation.
– Greet customers warmly as they approach and leave the serving line.
– Solicit feedback from customers regarding their experience and address any complaints with a positive attitude.
– Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including floors, equipment, and food storage areas.
– Ensure all work areas and utensils are cleaned and sanitized effectively.
