AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the “Food Service Worker Lead” position in Berkley School District, MI, it’s important to consider both local market conditions and industry standards for similar roles. Generally, food service workers at schools can expect hourly wages ranging from $12 to $20, depending on experience, responsibilities, and the specific district. Lead positions often offer higher rates, with competitive pay potentially between $15 and $25 per hour. If the offered rate for this position falls within or exceeds this range, it is likely competitive; however, if it is below, it may not align well with industry standards. Additionally, benefits, job stability, and the school district’s reputation should also be factored into the overall evaluation of the offer’s competitiveness.
