Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: East China, MI

Pay: $13.25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.25 for a Food Service Worker (Part Time) in East China, MI, is somewhat below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on experience and location. Factors such as local cost of living, the specific employer, and benefits offered can impact competitiveness. In Michigan, the minimum wage as of 2023 is $10.10 per hour, which means the rate offered is above the state minimum but may not attract applicants, especially in areas with higher living costs or where competing businesses offer better pay. Overall, while this rate meets minimum wage requirements, it may not be deemed competitive compared to industry standards.
