Job Summary
As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Accurately weigh and measure designated ingredients.
  • Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators while adhering to safety standards.
  • Store food in designated areas, ensuring proper wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
  • Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
  • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following established service protocols.
  • Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards, and adhere to inventory and cash control procedures.
  • Uphold all sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
