Job Description
Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)
Company: Compass Group
Location: Rochester, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a part-time Food Service Worker in Rochester, MI, is generally considered competitive, especially for entry-level positions in the food service industry. As of 2023, wages for similar roles in Michigan often range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on factors like experience, specific job responsibilities, and the establishment’s size or type. Given that Rochester is a suburban area with a higher cost of living compared to some other parts of Michigan, $15 per hour aligns well with both local and regional market standards, making it an appealing option for prospective employees. However, for positions requiring more experience or specialized skills, this rate may be on the lower end of the scale.
