Job Summary: The Food Service Worker is responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in compliance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas, adhering to wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to outlined service protocols.
• Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
