Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare, present, and serve food as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients as needed.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators, adhering to safety standards.
• Store food properly in designated areas, following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment efficiently.
• Implement approved food recipes and production standards to ensure quality, appropriate serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Service customers with a friendly and efficient demeanor while following established service protocols.
• Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards along with inventory and cash control procedures.
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
