Job Title: FOOD TRANSPORTER/DELIVERY DRIVER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Flint, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Food Transporter/Delivery Driver” in Flint, MI, is slightly below the average pay for similar roles in the area. In 2023, delivery drivers typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as the employer, the specific requirements of the job, and the driver’s experience. While $15 may attract candidates seeking entry-level positions or those new to the workforce, it may not be competitive enough to retain more experienced drivers or attract individuals looking for better compensation. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living and inflation, this wage may not fully meet the financial needs of workers in Flint, which could impact job satisfaction and turnover rates.
