Job Title: FOOD UNIT LEAD(BARISTA)(FULL TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Rochester, MI

Pay: $16.1 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.10 for a “Food Unit Lead (Barista) (Full Time)” in Rochester, MI, is somewhat below the average for similar roles in the region, which typically range from $17 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience, skill level, and specific job responsibilities. In addition, considering Michigan’s current living wage calculations and the rising cost of living, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract and retain skilled employees in the food service sector. Therefore, while it may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it could be more attractive if higher to reflect the demands and expectations of a lead role in a full-time capacity.
