Job description:

The Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in the logistics process by efficiently loading, unloading, staging, pulling, and distributing pallets of Keurig Dr Pepper product supplies while adhering to established productivity standards.

Shift and Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday
  • 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with some weekend activities
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as necessary is required

Position Responsibilities:

  • Safely load and unload trucks
  • Lift, carry, pick, and stack materials as needed
  • Provide empty containers to the production line
  • Transfer full products from the palletizer to the staging area
  • Supply packaging materials, cartons, and hulls to the production line as necessary
  • Spot trailers as instructed
  • Ensure a consistent supply of pallets for the palletizer
  • Rotate floor stock by prioritizing the use of older products
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks in the warehouse or production area and undertake other assigned duties
  • Remain available to work across all shifts, including weekends and overtime as required

Total Rewards:

  • Competitive starting pay at $22.28 per hour, with an increase to $23.45 per hour in the quarter following the 6-month anniversary
