Job Title: Forklift Operator

Company: ID Logistics

Location: Michigan

Pay: $20.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of late 2023, an hourly rate of $20.50 for a Forklift Operator in Michigan is generally below the competitive range for this role. While pay can vary based on factors such as location, experience, and specific industry, typical hourly wages for forklift operators in Michigan usually range from $19 to $25, with some positions offering higher rates for more skilled operators or those requiring additional certifications. Therefore, while $20.50 may appear reasonable to some, it could be seen as less attractive compared to similar roles in the area, potentially impacting recruitment and retention efforts for employers in this field.
