Job Title: Front Desk Agent – 230PM-11PM Shift – Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center

Company: Hocking Hills State Park Lodge

Location: Logan, OH

Pay: $11 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11 to $15 for the “Front Desk Agent” position at Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center in Logan, OH appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the hospitality industry. According to various salary data sources, front desk agents or receptionists typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and location, with urban areas or those with a higher cost of living generally offering more competitive wages. Given Logan’s relatively rural setting and the tourist-oriented nature of the lodge, the offered rate may be competitive at the lower end, but it may not fully align with the higher industry standards. Overall, while the pay might attract some candidates, it could struggle to retain those with more experience or qualifications who expect higher compensation.
