As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Qualifications:

- Foster good communication and teamwork with colleagues and various hotel departments.
- Stay informed about room rates, packages, special promotions, and in-house groups, recognizing closed or restricted dates.
- Gather necessary information when taking room reservations, following established rate quoting scenarios.
- Familiarity with Aimbridge Hospitality’s policies and house rules and hospitality terminology is required.
- Be knowledgeable about and assist in emergency procedures as needed.
