- Provide information about local restaurants, transportation, entertainment, and attractions.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork among associates and across departments.
- Stay informed about rates, packages, special promotions, and in-house groups, while tracking closed-out and restricted dates.
- Gather necessary details for room reservations while adhering to established rate quoting procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about Aimbridge Hospitality’s policies and house rules, including hospitality terminology.
- Assist with emergency procedures as required.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs with friendliness, efficiency, and courtesy.
