Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Company: Courtyard
Location: Portage, MI
Pay: $14.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $14.50 for a Front Desk Agent in Portage, MI, is generally considered below the competitive range for this role. Nationally, Front Desk Agents typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and the specific industry segment (such as hospitality or healthcare). In Michigan, and particularly in higher-cost areas, rates may be closer to the higher end to attract and retain quality staff. Considering local living costs and wage trends, this rate may not be sufficient for many candidates, potentially leading to challenges in recruitment and retention for employers.
