Front Desk Agents play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by greeting and registering them, providing exceptional guest service throughout their stay, and efficiently settling accounts upon departure. Key responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and performing hotel operator and concierge duties. It is essential to deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before their arrival and during their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Qualifications:

  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Provide information about local dining, transportation, and entertainment options.
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork with fellow associates and other hotel departments.
  • Stay informed about rates, packages, special promotions, in-house groups, and restricted dates.
  • Collect necessary information when processing room reservations and adhere to defined rate quoting procedures.
  • Familiarize oneself with Aimbridge Hospitality policies, house rules, and industry terminology.
  • Assist with emergency procedures as required.
  • Conduct check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
