Front Desk Agents play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests by greeting and registering them, providing outstanding service throughout their stay, and settling their accounts upon departure. The primary responsibilities encompass registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and performing hotel operator and concierge duties. The expectation is to deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, maximizing both room revenue and occupancy.
Qualifications:

- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
- Assist guests with inquiries about local restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
- Foster strong communication and teamwork with fellow associates and other hotel departments.
- Stay informed about all rates, packages, special promotions, in-house groups, and restricted dates.
