As the first point of contact for many guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our establishment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
– Welcome guests by greeting them, addressing inquiries, and responding to requests.
– Assist with guest registration by confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, and issuing guest room keys.
– Establish credit by verifying credit card information or accepting cash.
– Guide guests to their rooms by showing their location on the resort map.
– Communicate important information to guests by handling messages, mail, packages, etc.
– Provide concierge services by assisting guests with inquiries regarding resort amenities, entertainment, shopping, business services, and travel arrangements.
– Maintain accurate records by entering guest account data.
– Collect payments by entering services and charges, computing bills, and obtaining payment.
– Arrange resort and other reservations by checking availability and confirming requirements.
– Secure guests’ valuables by coordinating lost and found with the housekeeping department.
– Verify guest identity during registration.
– Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting concerns.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
– High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
– Flexibility in schedule based on business needs.
– Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
– Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:
