As the initial point of contact, the Front Desk Agent significantly contributes to shaping a positive first impression of our resort.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, addressing inquiries and responding to requests.
- Register guests by confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, collecting necessary information and signatures, and issuing room keys.
- Establish credit by verifying credit card information or accepting cash.
- Guide guests to their rooms using resort maps.
- Relay information to guests by handling messages, mail, facsimiles, and packages.
- Provide concierge services by answering questions concerning resort services and nearby entertainment, shopping, business, and travel options.
- Maintain accurate records by entering guest account data.
- Collect revenue by processing services and charges, computing bills, and securing payments.
- Make resort and additional reservations by checking availability and confirming details.
- Secure guests’ valuables by coordinating lost and found services with the housekeeping department.
- Verify guest identity for registration purposes.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting issues as necessary.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
- Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business needs.
- Previous experience showcasing strong customer service skills.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks with minimal supervision.
