At Great Wolf, our Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and professional check-in and check-out experience, allowing guests to fully enjoy the lodge’s amenities. Often serving as the first point of contact, the Front Desk Agent contributes significantly to creating a positive first impression of our resort.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and address their inquiries and requests.
- Register guests by confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration details, assigning rooms, obtaining necessary information and signatures, and issuing room keys.
- Establish credit by verifying credit cards or processing cash payments.
- Guide guests to their rooms by providing directions using the resort map.
- Facilitate communication by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, faxes, and packages.
- Provide concierge services by answering inquiries related to resort services, entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.
- Maintain accurate records by entering guest account data.
- Process payments by entering services and charges, calculating bills, and securing payment.
- Manage reservations for the resort and other services by checking availability and confirming requirements.
- Ensure guest security by processing lost and found items with housekeeping.
- Verify guest identity during registration.
- Uphold a safe working environment by reporting and addressing safety concerns.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
