Job description:
As a Front Desk Agent at Pyramid Global Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. Positioning yourself as the welcoming face of the hotel, you will set the tone for each guest’s experience from the moment they arrive. – Maintain composure during emergency situations or peak hotel activity, resolving issues such as room changes or credit concerns.
